Support Through Grief and Loss

Loss can take many forms—the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a significant life transition, a move, the passing of a cherished pet, or even the quieter, less visible grief that comes with aging, unfulfilled dreams, or changes in identity. You might find yourself navigating the empty spaces left behind by someone dear, or feeling the ache of something less tangible but just as real, like the loss of youth, stability, or a sense of self. Grief doesn’t move in a straight line, and there’s no “right” timeline for healing. Whatever your experience, it deserves to be honored and given space.

Some losses are especially complex and deeply personal—such as miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant loss. I bring specialized training and years of experience supporting families through perinatal and reproductive grief. I was instrumental in establishing one of the first hospital-based bereavement programs for late-term pregnancy loss, and I continue to hold space for those enduring these profound and often misunderstood sorrows. You don’t have to justify your pain—I understand that grief of this kind touches every part of your life.

There is the life you knew before your loss, and the life that comes after. That life will be different. But with time and support, it can also become meaningful and fulfilling again, capable of holding both peace and joy. Therapy offers a compassionate space to move through grief at your own pace—honoring what was, while gently making room for what’s still possible. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting; it means learning to carry your grief with tenderness and hope.
